Geography
Geography is a big thing in Tennessee. The state flag is actually symbolic for the Geography. The three stars are for west Tennessee, middle Tennessee, and east Tennessee - these are called the Grand Divisions of Tennessee. The western area of Tennessee is all roaming hills and buffalo. It is very boring. The middle part of Tennessee is VERY unstable, flat land. In middle Tennessee alone, there are over 4,000 documented caves! Several Wal*Marts have sink holes in the middle of the floor due to unexpected shiftment. Middle Tennessee is also so flat, that in 2000, it was added to Tornado Alley! Every year, 75 tornados generally hit that area. Lastly, probably the most scenic, is west Tennessee. It is all sharp mountains, nature, and beautiful valleys. This is where you can see all the wild animals and plants.
